Abstract

The Emotionally Intelligent people would always regulate their own emotions, definitely understand and manage the emotions of others in an appropriate manner. At the workplace, the managerial level people have to deal with the employees to get the work done as well as to do the work. Now-a-days, most of the organizations have been recognizing the influence and importance of Emotional Intelligence on the performance of employees.
