Explicit integer solutions to the non-homogeneous binary quadratic equation are presented. The process of obtaining second order Ramanujan numbers with base numbers as real integers as well as Gaussian integers from the value of respectively is illustrated. Some curious relations among the solutions of the binary quadratic equation under consideration are exhibited.
