Abstract

According to traditional approach the scope of financial management was narrow because it was only related with acquisition of fund. So proposed research plan is it design and provide investigation toward role and importance of capital structure for new start-up. Capital structure is a term used for financial management in any company. It is widely used now days. Till 1950, Finance function was regarded as the function of only raising finance for business, but from the last few years Capital structure is being used in this regard. So here in this research it is tried to focus on this critical issue which will impact on new startups mainly. Because once a new person enters in this scenario, he or she must be very much familiar with the term which impacts the business mostly.
