Abstract
Social media has made it possible for people to share information and communicate with thousands of other people in a quick and efficient manner. The present paper aims to gauge the social media perceptions of consumers. Additionally, an attempt has also been made to check the reliability of social media as a source of information for consumers. The results show that consumers are gradually moving towards relying more and more on social media when it comes
