The teacher is of paramount importance in any system of education. The teacher is the pivot of any educational system. He turns the pupils from animality to specialized human beings. A teacher has to generate the energy in oneself with which he becomes inverted with dynamism and a spirit of dedication and handle it in one’s work of educating the boys and girls. Teachers are carriers of either positive or negative behavior towards the students. To do justice with their job they need to love their job in order to pass enthusiasm to assist and to provide a warm environment to the students. So in order to give their best they need to be satisfied with their job and for that a suitable school organizational climate is required.
