Abstract

There are many of neurological disorders caused by loss of myelin majorly depends on life-style, environment and food habits. In Indian scenario less attention is in practice towards brain health; moreover insufficient approach of medical counselling in this field leads to undetected or misdiagnosed cases. The present article is aimed to discuss briefly the role of nutrients in maintaining the health of neurons and related common neuronal disorders.
