Abstract

Throughout the world it has been observed that the countries that are still struggling to get themselves categorized as developed tend to face several issues. It has been observed that in order to acquire balanced growth these issues need to be sorted out first. The major issues include migration and its impact on unemployment and vise- versa. This research is an attempt to study the pattern of migration and unemployment in India. During the process I intend to find out the effect of migration on employment and the challenges that occur in the formation of economic policies due to uneven distribution of human resources.
