The education among women in Indian culture has been fluctuating every now and then, religion to religion, district to locale, class to class and position to station. Indian literatures have emphasized women as committed and self-relinquished, yet once in a while defiant and hazardous creature. Their part has either been unrecognized or thought little of during the time spent and as the methods for improvement, however they have been given a lot of regard as mother, girls and sisters. Women have been accepting lesser advantages of the improvement procedure in type of lesser training, lesser nourishment, insufficient medicinal care and openings in life. Abstract

Disputes between States belong to the realm of Public International Law. These disputes are often resolved by two basic techniques of conflict management: diplomatic procedures and adjudication. For this purpose, Public International Law discusses matters as the law of international organisations, the law of treaties, human rights, humanitarian law, international courts, etc. However, where the State exercises a commercial function, either by itself or through a State entity and entersinto a business relationship with a private party, any disputes which arise are likely to be referred either to the courts of the State concerned or to international commercial arbitration. Almost invariably, the private party to such a contract will prefer arbitration as it is a ‘neutral’ process.

Abstract

Greene was indeed a prolific writer, and perhaps he still continues to be Britain’s ‘main literary export’ to the rest of the English-speaking world. It is really amazing that at a time when a considerable number of writers and other intellectuals of the West were learning towards Marxism on account of the Russian revolution of 1917, Greece embraced Roman Catholicism in 1926 at the age of twenty two. Nevertheless, he is a rebel Christian, and in this connection says: ‘I am a Catholic with an intellectual, if not an emotional belief in Catholic dogma’. He speaks a good deal about sin and salvation, damnation and redemption in his fictional works; he does not paint his characters in mere black or white, for he is of the view that a saint may be an ex-sinner or that a sinner may be a saint in making. Green’s novels are so complex, and there is so much of ambiguity in them, that they may be viewed from several angles. In the first place, they may be considered in terms of the theme of pursuit in them, for in the world of his novels, a world contingent upon crime and violence, treachery and betrayal, sin and damnation, pursuit, whether physical, existential, or metaphysical, dose play a significant role. Secondly, they may be interpreted in view of the theme of lost childhood or innocence in theme, for a majority of green’s major characters suffer, either physically or psychologically, during their childhood, lose their innocence, and go adrift in life.

Abstract

Outsourcing is an increasingly popular strategy in Healthcare organizations now –a-days. Outsourcing services enable healthcare administrators and staff to concentrate more efficiently on their organization’s core business. This article mainly focuses on the attitude of outsourcing the healthcare experts and opinion of the healthcare experts towards outsourcing. Generally, we talk about speeding up the process of socio-economic transformation but less we do for human capital formation. Even in an age of hightech, the proverb- “Health is above Wealth,” is found relevant. The policy makers bear the responsibility of making available to the masses at least the basic medical facilities. The medical and paramedical personnel serving hospitals bear the responsibility of helping the policy makers and hospital managers in this endeavour. The social organization and private sector bear the responsibility of energizing the process. However the masses fail in getting the minimum healthcare facilities. Of course, the state exchequer has been found allocating huge money for healthcare services but results in a true sense are found very disappointing. It is against this background that we talk about hospital management. In the present day world, we find the leading private hospital assigning due weight age to aesthetic management. This focuses our attention on the management of surroundings and premises. We can’t negate that healthy, beautiful, attractive and hygienic surroundings contribute substantially to the quick recovery of patients. The behavioural management requires due place to make possible an in depth study of behavioural profile of different categories of personnel and users.

Dairy farming has been part of agriculture for thousands of years. Dairy cows are bred specifically to produce large quantities of milk. Dairy cows are required to give birth to one calf per year to continue producing milk. They are usually artificially inseminated within three months of giving birth. The White revolution of 70's had made spectacular land marks in the India milk production scenario. India is the largest milk producer of the world and milk has been marked as the number one farm commodity. Rural prosperity by dairy farming is the dire need of the hour. Recently livestock production has taken a new turn by venturing itself on commercial basis. The higher production potential of the cross bred animals and its economic sustainability has its mainstay on judicious balanced feeding round the year.

Anita Desai (1937) is one of the famous novelists of contemporary India. As a writer she has been shortlisted for the booker prize three times. Her contribution in the development of Indian novel in English is momentous. Most of her work deals with inner life of an individual who is jam-packed with psychosomatic problems. The life of an individual is highlighted through the themes of love, marriage and sex. She has written many notable works including Cry, the Peacock(1963), Voices in the City(1965), Fire on the Mountain(1978),in Custody(1984), Journey to Ithaca(1995), Fasting, Feasting(1999), and the Zigzag Way(2004). One of the most common characteristics of Anita Desai’s novels is the description of individuality in the light of family and society. Now-a-days this phase (Phase of individuality) has become the most discussed phase in Indian English novels due to rapid industrialization and the westernization of attitudes of the people. After taking a minute study of her fiction we come to know that she has become successful in using individuality in her novels mainly in the Voices in the City.
