Financial analysis is the process of identifying the financial strengths and weakness’ of the firm by properly establishing relationships between the items of balance sheet and the profit and loss account. This paper work is an outcome of “A study on short term solvency position of Bannari Amman Sugars Ltd., of Coimbatore City”. The study was carried out for the period of five years i.e., 1st April 2012 to 31st march 2017. The study focuses on short term solvency position of the company. Secondary data was collected from the published websites of organization for the research. Ratioanalysis were used as a tool for this research. In the context of a globalising world, it is important that our industry remains ahead of competition. Our regulatory framework must facilitate compliance of rules at a minimum cost and with convenience. In this dimension under MCA21, appropriate provisions have been made for electronic filing system and for payment of fees through electronic form. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has indeed taken a landmark decision to provide prompt, efficient and transparent services to the companies registered with it. With tremendous growth in digitalization of banking and payment systems, accessibility to financial services has become easier. Still, a majority of people in India remain excluded from this economic growth. According to World Bank estimates there are about 2 billion adults around the world without any access to bank accounts. In India, the Government and RBI have taken various steps to tackle this problem, but financial inclusion still remains an issue. A sizeable section of the population, particularly financially weak and women, remain out of limits from banking facilities. This increases their vulnerability to exploitation at the hand of money lenders, corruption, and other evils of the society. In order to make India’s growth inclusive, penetration of financial services sector into the remotest of locations is necessary. This study aims to explain the need for financial inclusion and focuses on measures taken by Governmentof India and the banking sector for to bring inclusiveness in the Indian growth story.

Women artists of the 50’s do not show a uniform bent in their affiliation to these categories. Freny Behemenshah, Zainab Razvi and Ferozah Santukh draw more from nationalist art practices in late 40’s and early 50’s where in the craft was elevated to the status of art while, by mid 50’s Freny shifts to more modern Western ‘art’ sources such as post-impressionism, particularly Gauguin through Amrita-Sher-Gill. And her students Siddiqua Bilgrami, Zehra Rehmatullah, Fatima Ahmed, Dasrath Kumari Mathur, Urmila Shaw and Usha Shankar also did not wish to conform to academic realism ofthe curriculum and in their different ways took inspiration from Cezannesque post-impressionism. The progressive ideals and aspiration for the art to go ‘international’ can be evidenced in this phase of regional modern art among the women artists similar to very many of their male contemporaries

In ancient India teaching was considered to be holy duty which a Brahman was bound to discharge irrespective of consideration of the fee teacher were expected to devote their lives to the cause of teaching in the missionary spirit of self-sacrifice, and the society laid down the principal that both the public and state should help the learned teachers & educational institutions very liberally. Society realized that “Vidyadana” or the gift in the cause of education was to be the best of gifts, possessing a higher religious merit than even the gift of land. On the occasion of religious feats, students and teachers were invited and donations were given liberally. Rulers of the country had very little directly to do with education. It was a private affairs of the people managed entirely by Brahman. Teachers were a highly honoured class-honoured by even by kings. Kings rose from thrones to receive great teachers such as Narada, Vashishtha and Vishwamitra.

Abstract:- This article describes the theoretical models for determination of electron-impact ionization cross-section, which has been applied to atoms, ions, and molecules. The model combines the Bethe theory and binary-encounter theory for electron-impact ionization called the binary-encounter Bethe (BEB) model that use the binding energy and average kinetic energy of each subshell that prescribes differential ionization cross section for that shell and S. The term adjustment is defined by the Oxford dictionary as the process of 'ordering or positioning'; regulating; arranging; adapting. Adjustment as a process is relevant in all aspects of human life biological, social, political and economical. In the biological context, this term was given a systematic analysis by Darwin who used the term adaptation and proposed in his book 'Origin of species' that this ability increases in response to increased environmental hazards, as the organism moves up on the phylogenic scale. In a socio-psychological context, Piaget proposed that the ability to 'adapt' and 'assimilate' becomes increasingly complex in the development span of an individual. The present research concentrates on critical analysis of selected writings of Arthur Asher Miller with emphasis on circumstances under which ideas came in the mind. Arthur Asher Miller (October 17, 1915 – February 10, 2005) was an American playwright, essayist, and prominent figure in twentieth-century American theatre. Among his most popular plays are All My Sons (1947), Death of a Salesman (1949), The Crucible (1953) and A View from the Bridge (1955, revised 1956). He also wrote several screenplays and was most noted for his work on The Misfits (1961). The drama Death of a Salesman is often numbered on the short list of finest American plays in the 20th century alongside Long Day's Journey into Night and A Streetcar Named Desire.

The main purpose of this study of development the Attention-deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder in childhood, adolescent and adulthood. ADHD is a disorder of childhood that tends to develop before the age of 12. ADHD, often referred to as hyperactivity, is characterized by difficulties that interfere with, effective task-oriented behavior in children particularly impulsivity, excessive or exaggerated motor activity, such as aimless or haphazard running or fidgeting, and difficulties in sustaining attention (Nigg et al 2005; see DSM-5 criteria for ADHD ). Longitudinal research involves studying and collecting baseline information on specific group of interest ( patients with a given disorder, high-risk children, etc ) and then following up with them at a future date ( e.g. 1,5 or even 20 years later ) to determine the changes that have occurred over the Intervening period. Uses of some medications and drugs to reduce ADHD.
