The paper aim to find the cause and effect of the growth of MSMEs entrepreneurs before and after availing loan from through the government sponsored scheme. The article also examines benefits got from scheme to MSMEs sector. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector is the most vibrant sector of the Indian economy maintaining a substantial growth rate and generating employment opportunities. This sector has been recognized as engine of economic growth and social development in many developed and developing countries. The paper used different variable and test with statistical tools such are paired sample T -test and Friedman rank test. The result show there is significant difference between the pre and post impact on growth of MSMEs sectors and subsidy for capital and working capital has gained more benefit for the entrepreneurs.
