ATTITUDINAL MODERNITY IN CONTEXT OF FAMILIAL FACTORS

Abstract

The present study was undertaken to examine the effect ot fype of the family, size of the family parenting sytle and SES on attitudinal modernity. For the purpose 128 undergraduate college youth were selected from the colleges of Madhubani town on the basis of stratified random sampling echnique. For he purpose four hypothesis were formulated for empirical verification. (i) the respondents belonging to nuclear family would show more attitudinal modernity than those belonging to joint family.
