Abstract

ISO-International Organizations of Standardizations is a largest certification system under quality management which gives a quality certification of the product to the individuals or organizations. There are numbers of benefits of ISO certifications in the present context. Industries and corporate sectors always playing a magnificent role in the development of Nepal. This study is set here to analyze the effectiveness of ISO 9001 in the Kathmandu valley based selected various organizations with ISO certified. The study mainly targeted to the key organizations for his effectiveness. A mixed method research approach applied to capture the field reality. FGD, KII and many other research tools were applied.
