Abstract

Organizations are managed and staffed by people. Without people, organizations cannot exist. Indeed, the challenge, the opportunity, and also the frustration of creating and managing organizations frequently stem from the people related problems that arising within them. Like snowflakes, no two people are exactly alike, and everyone differs physically and psychologically from everyone else.
