Abstract

In the present scenario, customers are now paying more attention to natural products these days. Most customers are concerned about the climate change and believe that it should be protected. The primary objective of thisstudy is to explore the association between customers’ age, income, gender, occupation, education and their attitude towards OPCPs and to identify the significant factor influencing their purchase behaviour for OPCPs.Awell-designed questionnaire was distributed to 200 customers in Faridabad byusing convenience sampling method and statistical analysis were performed utilising ANOVA, average and sample variance.
