Abstract

The goal of this study is to thoroughly evaluate secondary data on HR Analytics and to understand its conceptual framework and significance. Data-driven HR Analytics helps HR professionals to make informed and evidence-based decisions making and it is the Predictive and Prescriptive models that differentiate HR Analytics from other HRIS, helping HR professionals to take futuristic decisions supported by facts. Covid-19 has obligated the businesses to invest in digitalization and also overtime companies have understood the significance of novel technologies such as Analytics that work on technologies such as Data Mining, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence which makes it a key tool in increasing organizational effectiveness.
