In the world there is a trend to bring the reform in their public administration organizations and deliver more efficient and cost effective services, as well as better information and knowledge by using E-governance. E-governance effectively uses of Information &Communication Technology (ICT).It enables government to improve the existing system of governance, and give better services to the Citizens. E-Governance is considered as a high priority agenda in India, as it is considered to be the only means of taking IT to the “Common Public” which provide accountability and Transparency.
