Abstract

Motivation is a tool of effective and efficient learning. It is influenced by both internal and external factors. Internal factors include the individual characteristics or natures that students bring to their learning, such as their interests, responsibility for learning. Effective and efficient learning in the classroom depends on the teacher’s ability to maintain the interest that brought students to the lesson.
