Abstract

The general objective of the study is to assess the factors that affect employee turnover and its influence on organizational efficiency in IT sector. The study was directed by the following particular objectives; to evaluate the actual reasons for employee turnover in IT industry: to understand the variable affecting employee turnover in IT sector, to identify effect of demographic variable on employee turnover, to assess the impact of employee’s turnover on organizational efficiency. This research employed a descriptive research design since the study intendeds to gather quantitative and qualitative data that describes the nature and characteristics of the impacts of employee turnover on organization efficiency.
