Economic authorisation of women here refers to employment and income generation through training and skill development with the main objective of making women economically independent and self-reliant. This can be achieved by organizing SHGs, confidence building, acquirement of new skills leading to self-employability so that women can pursue vocations of their choice and capabilities thereby attaining their social and economic betterment.
