Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain how young football players' strength and dribbling were affected after 8 weeks of plyometric training. A group of sixteen to twenty male adolescent football players from DDA Sports Academy in Dwarka made up the research group. The Sargent Jump Test was used in the research approach.
