The environment protection is needed for sustainable development and has been a challenge to the human community. With increase in over consumption of natural resources through science and technology, has led to devastating environmental impacts in places across the world. Indian Legal system has introduced some laws and enacted tribunals like National Green Tribunal to protect the environment from degradation.
