Abstract

Diversity refers to the inclusion of people from diverse backgrounds, culture, age, ethnicity, religion, gender, and sexual orientations. The evolution of diversity and inclusion in the workplace has evolved over time. An organisation’s commitment to diversity leads to a higher level of employee satisfaction. When employees feel empowered at work, they are more likely to stay at the company.
