Abstract

The purpose of this research study was to study the effects of circuit training on volleying and service. In this research study, 15 students in circuit training group of students studying in Saraswati School, Vadnagar and 15 students in control group were selected as subjects and a total of 30 students were selected as subjects and Brady's volleying skill test for measurement of volleying
