Mobile ad hoc networks lack centralized control, are ubiquitous, and lack any supporting infrastructure. These distinct qualities as well as the rising worries for security threats. In this research, simulated experiments are used to characterize numerous routing errors that are unique to MANET and their consequences on the network's performance.
