Abstract

Environmental issues are accelerating at a fast pace all over the world. Going ‘green’ is considered as a necessity to address these issues. Businesses are attracted to being ‘green’ as it becomes a part of their social responsibility.Green accounting is an emerging concept of accounting which takes into account the impact a business makes on the environment.
