Abstract

Retention key employees are critical to the long-term health and success of any organization. This study adopted descriptive research to examine gender inequality among colleges in Madurai district. There are 110 schools and 81 hospitals in Madurai city. Researchers collected 120 samples, 60 from the education department and 60 from the medical department.
