Coping strategies play a crucial role in mediating the relationship between occupational stress and strain, particularly in high-demand professions such as healthcare. The present study examines the nature and extent of functional and dysfunctional coping strategies adopted by Nurses, Junior Residents and Senior Residents working in a tertiary care hospital.
