MACROECONOMIC IMPLICATIONS OF TOTAL CAPITAL INFLOWS IN INDIA

Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper elaborates on various aspects of capital inflows to India and their macroeconomic implications. Firstly, It aims to provide some historical background of evolution of India’s capital inflows in the introduction part. It also portrays the impact of capital inflows on Indian Economy, by means of various macroeconomic variables. In this paper, there are seven macroeconomic variables discussed with some background.
