Abstract

ABSTRACT Green HRM is the requirement of 21st century .It involves two elements environmentally friendly HR activities and the preservation of knowledge capital. Green HRM involves less printing of papers, online registrations, e-mails, car pooling, cleanliness drive etc. This paper discuss about various other activities to go green and green initiatives in some functional areas.
