Today I was taking the lecture of BBA students for the subject Human Resource Management. I was lecturing about the selection process in the industry in India I have taken the example of Retail sector. Suddenly one of my students questioned me that he has heard from some people that in the retail sector people are rejected on the basis of their religion is it true? I have taken pause for a moment, smiled and answered him calmly that for some companies it may true due to the amount of corruption that we are having in our system, but not for all he smiled back as if he was satisfied with the answer.
