Since the dawn of history when man came to be called "man" and he formed social groups, there started a division between man and man. On the one hand there was a group of people called the "haves" and on the other hand, the other group was called as " haves not", This division further percolated in the social order, the society further entitled itself into privileged and underprivileged, civilized & uncivilized, literate and illiterate, advantageous, disadvantages etc. Those who had abundance become the privilege class and those who were destitute remained deprived of the basic need for like, least to say of education, health, human rights & fundamental rights. They did not have access to law and justice. They so called a system of fraternity equality has turned to be a system of the high and the low, the upper and the lower class, the literate and the illiterate groups.
