Inspite of having a vital role to be played by ethics in the sustainable development no serious attention is paid by ASTC and ASEB. Consequently multifarious managerial and operational problems have been emerged in the way of achieving Sustainable Development of these two enterprises. Even due to devoid of ethical consideration in various managerial decisions and public service the large number of public of Assam have no faith on these two undertakings. On the other hand these two undertakings provide very essential service to the entire people of Assam. Due to lack of ethical vision ultimately large public of Assam are depriving of getting quality services from these two service oriented enterprise. Because of all these circumstances there is a need of careful research work on the topic refer to here. This kind of research work can provide an effective way with necessary guidelines of ethics to formulate there act or constitution under which they have been established.
