Abstract

Fringe benefits play a very important role in private as well as public sectors. The main objective of fringe benefits is to compensate the employees in addition to direct wages or salaries such as accommodation, travelling allowances, insurance, sick pay, schooling for children, retirement plans and many more. Fringe benefits help in motivating the employees by identifying and satisfying their unsatisfied needs. Fringe benefits attract top talents and retain them in the organization.
