Abstract

ICT is buzz word in modern era of Technology. ICT has been used for various options. The author describes two options for which ICT stand for viz. Information and Communication Technology & Information, Communication and Technology. The paper highlights the conceptual framework along with drawbacks and Cost & Benefits of ICT. The uses of ICT for preventions of human rights have been elaborated in this paper.
