Abstract

In the Competition Act, 2002, (hereinafter, “Act”) the relevant market has a very critical role in assessment of abuse of dominant position under Section 4 of the Act. However, the Act does not talk about the concept of relevant market in analyzingcase under Section 3(4) of the Act.Inthis article, author would try to establish that the concept of relevant market is equally important in cases examined under Section 3(4) of the Act.
