Abstract

In India especially in rural India women wages are not same as man’s wages. Clearly there is discrimination so if it is present, what is the solution to this problem ?, in this paper we examine problem of wage discrimination and try to find some effective solution for this problem that will led to equal wages for male and female workers. And if we could solve this problem then we also stabilize the women rural labour force participation which is currently decreasing in India and it becomes a puzzle.
