Abstract
Organizational climate (occasionally known as Corporate Climate) is the procedure of quantifying the "culture" of an organization, and it precedes the idea of organizational culture. It is a set of properties of the job environment, perceived directly or indirectly by the employees, that is believed to be a major force in influencing employee behaviour.
