Abstract

The present paper focus on study the impact of job satisfaction of women employees on their job productivity level. In India, BPO is the fastest growing segment of the information technology enabled service industry and has several distinguished features. India is now the world's favoured market for BPO Company among other competing countries and India is a leading country for offshore business services in terms of its financial attractiveness, the skill and availability of its people and appropriateness of its business environment for BPO.
