Abstract:
The current research is an attempt to understand the role of Information and Communication Technology in effective teaching and enhancedlearning among higher education fraternity.The study is based on primary data collected through a sample size of424 units consisting of 212 students and 212 teachers from universitieslocated in NCR, India.Hierarchical Regression analysis has been used to measure the moderating effect of technological facility on teaching and learning on theteachers and the students.The study was conducted in Delhi NCR, India and leaves the scope offurther research in higher education across the globe.
