EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE TOWARDS ORGANISATIONAL COMMITMENT: A LITERATURE SURVEY

Abstract

Every Organisation that employs people come from a diverse background for a common purpose of fulfilling the goals of the organisation and also commit themselves to work towards achieving the objectives of the organisation. This paper reviews the studies conducted to establish the relationship between Employee Attitude and their Commitment towards the Organisation in meeting the requirements and following their policies and principles.
