Abstract

ABSTRACT: We are currently living in a world where corruption is rampant and scandals and scams have become a regular feature. There is a strong dearth of moral values and ethics in almost every profession and business. Ethics simple means a set of rules that define right and wrong conduct. In the corporate world dictated by extreme competition, business ethics assume even greater significance. Some the business giants across the world such as Enron and WorldCom were devastated by corporate scandals. As such, adherence to values and ethics has become crucial for every business.
