Abstract
“Macro-Economic Determinants of Priority And Non-Priority Sector NPA In India-An Empirical Analysis” this study aimsto give a superior perspective of the structure of Priority and Non-Priority sector NPAs in India and to clarify its association with the macro-economic variables such as core Inflation (WPI), GDP, Gross Fixed Capital Formation (GFCF), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Nominal Exchange Rate (EXR).
Augmented Dickey-Fuller Test was used to prove the stationarity of the variables and it was found that all the variables were stationary at first difference i.e. at I(1)process.
