ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ON HEALTHCARE QUALITY

Abstract

The management of human resources in aid establishment is important to alter the delivery of economical and effective medical services and to reach patient satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the impact of active human resources management on the standard of aid service and achieving patients’ satisfaction. The descriptive methodology was applied to demonstrate and analyze the previous literatures. The study shows that effective human resources management incorporates a sturdy impact on aid quality and up the performance of hospital’s employees. The study suggests the would like to live the performance of the managers of human resources department in the hospital before beginning performance development method further as continuous development and coaching of employees performance.
