Abstract

Employee turnover is a matter of great concern for employers. They need to understand the impact of employees leaving the organization and calculate the cost of hiring new employees. It is also important to understand the reasons why are employees leaving and what measures can be taken to increase the retention. Employees are any organization’s most valuable assets and losing them frequently will affect the growth of that business tremendously. This paper discussed the importance, calculation, impact, reasons and measures of employee turnover.
