Abstract

This paper study Academic Achievement as a case for analysis of self- cognition and career planning of students. Career planning is a common sense of personal development in modern society, and has important value for individual career development. Student’s career planning education is not only the objective needs of Indian national conditions, but also to achieve individual harmony and sustainable development requirements. At present, there are few papers on the empirical research on Academic Achievement in career planning and Development of students. The paper "Investigation and research on the influencing factors of students' career are planning and Development” mainly carries on the study of the influencing factors of the career planning of students in India, and puts forward constructive suggestions and suggestions on the career planning education of students.
