PROBLEMS FACED BY TEACHER & STUDENTS IN MULTI GRADE TEACHING AT PRIMARY LEVEL – AN ANALYTICAL STUDY

Abstract

The present study is an attempt to find out the problems faced by teachers and students in multi-grade teaching at primary level. A survey was carried out on a sample of 42 teachers and 15 students selected through random sampling technique. As a result researcher found out that teacher faces many problems in multi-grade teaching at primary level such as-complete courses in all classes, problem in discipline, problem in teaching, problem in student’s attentiveness. Students provide positive response towards multi-grade teaching.
