Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyse the role of technology and innovation practices in human resource management. Today due to competition innovative human resource practice have become requirement of the hour. To remain competitive in the industry an entity need a continuously developed innovative human resources practices. Today all business should seek to improve the quality of its employee resources they should have an efficient and well planned strategies in getting the best HR strategies in getting the best human resources. So it becomes necessary for the entities to replace the existing traditional HRM system with the technically abled and advance HRM system. The study focus on the latest HRM trends like use of SaaS apps, social media, mobile apps, Big data etc... For the purpose of the study various research articles, review papers and other relevant content on the topic were assessed and reviewed through various web sources, however the study contributes to the existing literature by elaborating the role of innovative practice and technology in the context of digital era.
