Nematodes are ubiquitous in nature and exploited various type of habitat including enormous depths of oceans, driest desert rocks, snow peaked mountains, hot water springs and also plant and animal bodies. Thus to find the vertical distribution of soil nematodes associated with seasonal agriculture crops. Since the movement of nematodes in the soil by their own activities is limited at most to a 5 c.m. to 25 c.m. depending upon the plant root and moisture. Soil samples were collected from different depth from single selected fields cultivated with Cotton, Wheat, Peal-millet, Brinjal and Carrot and observe the vertical distribution and the population dynamics of the Nematodes in agriculture field of the Jodhpur. Distribution of root under the soil is also, a major detriment of vertical distribution of soil nematodes Wallace (1973). Population densities of each species fluctuated at each step where soil texture is differed at different soil depths, at different times of the year when temperature and moisture was different. According to present data soil texture, temperature and moisture apparently exert a marked influence on vertical distribution of this nematode.
