Abstract

E - Commerce allows buyers to electronically alternate goods and offerings with no obstacles of time or distance. Electronic commerce has increased hastily over the past 5 years and is predicted to continue at this rate, or even accelerate. In the near future the boundaries between "conventional" and "electronic" commerce will become increasingly blurred as more and more companies go sections of their operations onto the Internet. The e-commerce industry in India is growing at a tremendous pace due to excessive penetration of net and sophisticated digital devices. However, the current growth price of e-commerce in India is a ways lagging behind than different developed countries. The blessings of e- commerce are convenience, Time saving, Options, Easy to compare, Easy to find reviews, Coupons and deals, Increasing client base, Rise in sales, 24/7, 365 days, Expand business reach,b Recurring payments made easy, Instant transactions. There are many massive issues and challenged on the way of an online merchant. Factors like protection and security of on line money transaction being the largest trouble along with others have curbed the easy expansion of the on-line enterprise in the country.
