Abstract

This study was conducted to understand the consumer preferences of usage of cell phone net work in Theni district particularly in effectiveness of network, the relationship between satisfaction/dissatisfaction and switching intention of the subscribers. This study evaluated the performance of Aircel, Airtel, BSNL, Vodafone, Reliance, Idea and other the service providers in this telecom circle and comparison of their services is helpful in understanding the nature of competition and satisfaction level of subscribers in the study area.
